Ruby Shift Dress – PDF Sewing Pattern

The Ruby Shift Dress is the perfect basic style to practice your basic sewing skills and does not need any extra trims. This style won’t date and cant be made in many prints or colours.
The fit is loose and relaxed.
This style is has a neck and armhole facing instead of full lining saving on fabric.

Width: 140cm (if a narrower fabric is used a seam will need to be added to the CF and CB of the frill)
The Ruby Shift Dress works best in heavier-weight fabrics that hold their shape, think cotton, linen, and poly blends. The style does not have a lining so ensure that your fabric is not see-through.
Please ensure your fabric has been washed following the correct care instructions before making the garment to ensure it is preshrunk and you don’t get any nasty surprises after your garment is made up.
